Może przekompiluj stery jeszcze raz (madwifi.org) ? Przyznam, że pierwszy raz spotykam się z sytuacją, że ktoś ma problem z kartą opartą na Atherosie ;)

EDIT: Doczytałem, że na płytach głównych na VIA mogą być cyrki z tą kartą. Jeśli masz możliwość - spróbuj z jakimś Pentagramem lub innym wynalazkiem.

przeinstalowanie madwifi nie daje nic ,(na laptopie zainstalowałem debiana i madwifi z atherosem ruszyło odrazu ) a zalezy mi bardzo aby na tej płycie tez działało ,tzn jak na VIA cyrki sie dzieją ??

może na ath5k (ster w 2.6.25 i wyższych) nie będzie sypać błędami, ale z tego co piszą to ath5k obsługuje tylko infrastructure i adhoc
