Chyba konieczna będzie (re)aktywacja środowiska.

base * /home/dugy/anaconda
workenv /home/dugy/anaconda/envs/workenv

path: /home/dugy/anaconda/pkgs/cache/f1f1f480.json

If you feel that permissions on this path are set incorrectly, you can manually
change them by executing

$ sudo chown 1000:1000 /home/dugy/anaconda/pkgs/cache/f1f1f480.json

In general, it's not advisable to use 'sudo conda'.

Re: update Spyder

Plik konfiguracji siedzi w

/root/.condarc

Wydaje się, że powinien w katalogu domowym.

Spróbuj:

conda config --write-default

Następnie:

conda update conda

# # auto_stack (int)
# # Implicitly use --stack when using activate if current level of nesting

# # env_prompt (str)
# # Template for prompt modification based on the active environment.
# # Currently supported template variables are '{prefix}', '{name}', and
# # '{default_env}'. '{prefix}' is the absolute path to the active
