Nie tyle cały komputer, co dysk umiera. To nie są szczęśliwe wartości i powinieneś jak najszybciej zrobić backup.
Co do gwarancji, mogą jej odmówić z uwagi na

Komputer nie upadł na pewno tylko bym się bardziej martwił tym, że mogą mi odmówić ze względu na to, że ja mam z asusa a oni się czepiają wszystkiego.

To jest HDD, źle się na niego spojrzysz i g-sensor leci do góry :D
Ale nie przejmuj się, SSD są bardzo tanie teraz, możesz wykorzystać to jako okazję do upgrejdu

Dysk magnetyczny do mobilnego lapka to nieporozumienie.
Pomijając nadaną przez producenta "planową powtarzalność produktu", dyski są dosyć wrażliwe na wstrząsy.
Mojemu znajomemu dyzio zdechł podczas jazdy samochodem, lapek był w plecaku na podłodze z tylu.
Dlatego do lapka pakuj SSD, te przynajmniej nie mają elementów mechanicznych, chociaż zbyt trwałe przeważnie nie są.
Dlatego oczywiście musisz mieć jakiś backup.

Najgorzej, że ja mam partycję EEFI na tym dysku i moje pytanie jest takie czy mogę bez problemu stworzyć partycję na dysku ssd uefi i przenieść te plki z tamtej partycji na nową partycję i w fstab dać nowy wpis ?
