.com domains cannot be transferred within 60 days of their original registration, also when you transfer them you cannot transfer again for another 60 days. This is the same with all registrars as it is part of the ICANN regulations.

You do not need to transfer a domain to use it, you can either host with Irish Domains, or get hosting from any other provider and change the name servers on the domain to the ones they give you. So while you cannot transfer out for a little while, there is nothing preventing you using it immediately.

taka odpowiedz dostalem od providera domeny i do konca nie rozumiem, mianowicie:

czy mam zmienic DNS-y u siebie na hostingu na te od nich.
czy wlasciciel domeny  ma zmieniac  na te odemnie (z mojego hostingu)?????
