Witam! mam taki problem z instalacją pakietu pdftk - mianowicie kiedy chcę go zainstalować przez apt:
apt-get install pdftk
to dostaję:
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
You might want to run `apt-get -f install' to correct these:
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
libc6-dev: Depends: libc6 (= 2.9-7) but 2.7-6 is to be installed
locales: Depends: glibc-2.9-1
pdftk: Depends: libgcj8-1 (>= 4.2.1) but it is not going to be installed
E: Unmet dependencies. Try 'apt-get -f install' with no packages (or specify a solution).
jak daję apt-get install libc6 to dostaję:
Do you want to upgrade glibc now? daję yes
i mam:
Preparing to replace libc6 2.7-6 (using .../archives/libc6_2.9-7_i386.deb) ...
Checking for services that may need to be restarted...
Checking init scripts...
WARNING: init script for postgresql not found.
WARNING: this version of the GNU libc requires kernel version
2.6.18 or later. Please upgrade your kernel before installing
glibc.
z resztą jest podobnie!
Wie ktoś może jak to doprowadzić do ładu??
The installation of a 2.6 kernel _could_ ask you to install a new libc
first, this is NOT a bug, and should *NOT* be reported. In that case,
please add lenny sources to your /etc/apt/sources.list and run:
apt-get install -t lenny linux-image-2.6
Then reboot into this new kernel, and proceed with your upgrade
dpkg: error processing /var/cache/apt/archives/libc6_2.9-7_i386.deb (--unpack):
subprocess pre-installation script returned error exit status 1
Errors were encountered while processing:
/var/cache/apt/archives/libc6_2.9-7_i386.deb
E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)

Wykonaj porządek z systemem i dopiero cokolwiek instaluj. Pokaż wcześniej zawartość pliku:
cat /etc/apt/sources.list

Łagodnie mówiąc masz bałagan w sources.list — wymieszałeś sobie testing, unstable i uaktualnienia dla oldstable. Zostaw tylko unstable i zaktualizuj system.
