Użyj dist-upgrade.
Polecenie upgrade aktualizuje tylko to co może zaktualizować BEZ doinstalowania nowych pakietów i/lub odinstalowania już zainstalowanych, dist-upgrade może doinstalować nowe i/lub odinstalować już zainstalowane
Niuans ten lepiej jest zaznaczony w aptitude, gdzie przechodzi się na odp. safe-upgrade i full-upgrade.
PS Repozytorium debian-unofficial radzę usunąć, nie było aktualizowane od bardzo długiego czasu.

Mimo wszystko jak daje ponownie:

sp3cu niektóre elementy systemu lepiej działają kiedy jednak wykonamy restart. Windows nie ma tu nic do gadania ;)

Już miałem zakładać kolejnego posta w tej samej sprawie co kolega synchro gdyż stanąłem na tym samym.
Podczas startu Debiana-Lenny nie pojawia mi sie logo:

Problem rozwiązany.
Ilin dziękuję za pomoc - poszło na sterach, do których podrzuciłeś mi linka i pomogły zmiany w xorg.conf.

No a teraz zainstalowałem sterowniki ze strony Nvidii i też załapało. Zdaje mi się, że była to wina błędnych wpisów w xorg.conf.

Okazało się że libmjpegtools0 jest dostępny w repo. Ręcznie zaznaczyłem do zainstalowania (KDE Menadżer pakietów) i wszystko jest OK !
