dziwny problem z kartą wi fi. nie widzi wszystkiego

przepraszam za jakość rysunku ale nie mam uzdolnień


1.I teraz tak
Do serwera mam 2 hdd (na jednym mam ubuntu 7.10 a na drugim winxpsp2).Jeśli mam podłączony dysk z xp bardzo dobrze łączy sie z moją siecią bezprzewodową która jest na terenie mojej miejscowości.przyznajmy że ta sieć ma essid e4n1.Jeśli zaś podłącze dysk z ubuntu i skanuje w poszukiwaniu dostępnych sieci, to znajduje mi wszystkie możliwe (5) ale tylko nie tą którą potrzebuje (e4n1). wykrywa mi nawet moją sieć która mam na terenie w domu i nazywa sie secured), ale tamtej nie chce za chiny pana. co lepsze jeśli usiade obok serwera i włącze laptopaz xp to widze tą sieć czyli e4n1).Ma ktoś jakiś pomysł??

Dołączam jeszcze co pokazuje "wspaniały" system z redmond tfu.....

odpal na ubuntu kismeta i zobacz nim, moze siec jest widoczna tylko poprostu konfigurator ubuntowy cos jej nie kuma, z konsoli pewnie bys sie polaczyl

channel 1-11 US, channel 1-13 EUROPE

I just took the time to follow up on this.
At the moment I am using channel 13.

This solution applies to all cards using the Ralink RT2500 chip, not just the Linksys WMP54GV4.

Here is how to do it:
Start a terminal.
Create the directory /etc/Wireless/RT2500STA
(this is case-sensitive!)
Put the attached file in the just created directory and rename it to RT2500STA.dat (again case-sensitive!)
Edit the file and add/change as required:
CountryRegion (2 enables channels 1 to 13)
Channel (if left at 0 this enables scanning)
and AuthMode and EncrypType for your desired encryption.
Fill in the correct value for your SSID
Reboot your system, the configuration file is read when the kernel module is loaded.Full details can be found in the attached ra2500readme.txt.
