Otóż zainstalowałem na laptoku mego brata świeżego etcha (na razie system podstawowy jeszcze bez iksów) i mam problem z normalną pracą interfejsu eth0. Po uruchomieniu systemu i zalogowaniu się daję ifup eth0 i nie wypluwa żadnych problemów. Natomiast gdy daję apt-get update, to wywala mi takie coś i się nie łączy:

Na razie zostawiłem bratowego debiana, ale tak na chłopski rozum nie wiem, czy samo zainstalowanie źródeł obrazu jądra będzie miało wpływ na sterownik do tej karty. Wydaje mi się, że trzeba byłoby trochę przy nim pokombinować...
a tak btw - na jakiej karcie to ci zadziałało? Na jakim chipsecie? Też miałeś taki sam problem?

No wróciłem dziś do bratowego etcha...
postanowiłem zrobić wszystko od nowa, więc instalujemy system od początku
Zaopatrzony w pierwszą płytkę instalacyjną etcha zacząłem instalację. Wszystko ok, partycjonowanie itp, znalazł kartę, podałem ip, dns, gateway itp
i jakież było me zdziwienie, gdy spytał mnie o serwery, czy ma z nich skorzystać... Ja oczywiście się zgodziłem :) podałem mu nawet by zainstalował środowisko graficzne, i zaczęła się instalacja...
Zdziwiony wielce byłem, że podczas instalacji ściągnął wszystkie potrzebne pakiety z serwera i je po prostu zainstalował - miałem nadzieję, że już po instalacji karta sieciowa będzie działała...
A tu kiszka mała
po uruchomieniu zainstalowanego systemu, ze środowiskiem gnome, historia z kartą sieciową się powtarza :/
mam pytanko:
jak to jest możliwe, że podczas instalacji nie było problemów z kartą (ściągnął brakujące pakiety z serwera bez żadnych problemów), natomiast po uruchomieniu zainstalowanego systemu znowu są problemy z siecią...
