Po wymianie płyty głównej nie mogę zainstalować sterowników do karty sieciowej. Dodatkowo ta płyta posiada kartę wifi, i też jej nie mogę zainstalować.

Ruszyło do przodu. Ale na chwilę.
Po wykonaniu tych komend pojawiło się połączenie. Jednak do pierwszego restartu komputera.
W obu gniazdach świecą się diody, czego przedtem nie było.
Całość chyba ciągle odwołuje się do eth0. Mam wicid, po zmianie nazwy interfejsu tez nie chce się połączyć. Jeszcze jakiś standardowy pakiet w lxde do włączania sieci i tak też standardowo jest eth0.
Po komendzie
ifconfig enp0s31f6 up
jest komunikat że nie ma takiego urządzenia. Zmieniałem gniazda wtyczki, nic nie dało.

Weź sobie najpierw w udevie ponazywaj te interfejsy, żeby w nich bajzlu nie było.

Polecam raczej korzystać z dedykowanych mechanizmów GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX="net.ifnames=0"' >> /etc/default/grub;grub-update aniżeli grzebać w konfigach. Ja się na tym przejechałem jak po update'cie wróciłem do tych nowych lepszych nazw ;)

Nie mam takiego pliku w tum katalogu, ani nic podobnego. Są trzy inne, ale tam nie ma takich wpisów.
Pliku /etc/udev/rules.d/80-net-name-slot.rules nie masz dlatego, że musisz go sam zrobić, żeby zmodyfikować domyślne akcje udeva.
Po ustawieniu takiego konfigu restart kompa jest wskazany...

Jak Ci kiedyś udev zacznie losować kolejność nazw eth0 i eth1,
to się błyskawicznie przekonasz do udeva. xD
Ja takie cyrki już nieraz przerabiałem.

udev ze stabla przypisuje jeszcze stare nazwy interfejsów, ten z backportów już nie i rzeczywiście robi się niemały burdel. Ogólne polecałbym Ci przejść już teraz na Stretcha, który jeszcze w tym miesiącu ma być wydany a Jessie przejdzie wtedy do gałęzi oldstable także bez sensu pchać się dziś na tak stare wydanie i to jeszcze na desktopie.
