Hej
Chciałbym sobie kupić dysk ssd żeby na nim postawić system. kumpel ma taki dysk i system mu sie uruchamia w 5 s i o wiele szybciej chodzi. Z tego jednak co wiem to taki dysk można podłączyć tylko jeśli płyta główna obsługuje SATA III. Jak można sprawdzić czy moja płyta obsługuje SATA III? Mój komp ma już parę lat ale wiem że jak go kupowałem to był najnowszy jaki mógł być to może obsługuje?

Napisz dokładniej, jaka to płyta, np SATA III jest formalnie zgodna z SATA II, ale co producent, to może być inna polityka w konstrukcji kontrolera SATA.

Może po prostu ściągnij boczny panel obudowy i odczytaj model płyty głównej? Ewentualnie powinieneś znaleźć go gdzieś w BIOSie/UEFI.

to ma SATA II - dyzio powinien działać, ale lepiej przed zakupem zajrzeć do instrukcji dyzia na wszelki wypadek.

SSD zadziała z każdą SATA, tylko z niższymi wersjami będzie wolniejszy, kumpel sam używał ssd w lapku z SATA II poza tym podaj co masz za sprzęt bo wróżbici z nas średni

będą działać, ale znacząco wolniej. z ssd na sata-II dobrze skonfigurowany debian rusza w ciągu kilkunastu sekund, ale winda 7 potrzebuje prawie całej minuty.

sata i usb to dwie różne pary bamboszy i tego nie mieszaj. dysk podłączasz do sata, usb możesz mieć w dowolnej wersji albo nawet wcale nie mieć, a dysk będzie śmigał.
