Natywna rozdzielczość monitora

Witam, długo mnie nie było. Ostatnio zmieniłem komputer (używka potrzebna tylko do internetu, filmów i może czasami cs'a). Był wgrany oryginalny Windows XP, ale postanowiłem przenieść się na debiana. Mam jednak problem z rozdzielczością. Sterowniki zainstalowałem skryptem sgfxi. Wszystko działa, ale nie mam swojej rozdzielczości natywnej, czyli 1440x900. Próbowałem tego http://dug.net.pl/tekst/125/nvidia___konfiguracja_r … zania_obrazu/ Nie działa. Moja karta: NVIDIA 6200 LE i na Windowsie też nie było dostępnej rozdzielczości (wina karty?), a i monitor jest podłączony z komputerem za pomocą przejściówki DVI-VGA. Obecnie mój xorg.conf wygląda tak (ale sam go zmieniałem):

Znowu problem z odczytem EDID, może przez tę przejściówkę.

Zobacz na takim, tylko pamiętaj żeby przy HorizSync oraz VertRefresh wstawić wartości właściwe dla Twojego monitora:

Witam chciałem się podpiąć do tematu. Mój problem jest podobny tzn doszedł mi drugi monitor na przejściówce pokazuje go jako nieznany CRT-1 poza tym działa tylko są dostępne rozdzielczości 640x480 i 320x240 oczywiście mogę wpisać ręcznie w panelu nvidi ale wtedy robią się straszne piksele. Sterowniki Nvidi są zainstalowane poprawnie bo Stary monitor który mam działa dobrze posiada wszystkie rozdzielczości więc ewidentnie przejściówka stanowi problem.
Nowy monitor na przejściówce to Samsung Syncmaster E1920.
Stary który wykrywa to Samsung Syncmaster223BW

Ps próbowałem też w tej dolnej sekcji Option          "UseEDID" "true" ustawić na false ale wtedy na starym monitorze się przestawiła rozdzielczość

A z podpiętym tylko tym na przejściówce przy xorg.conf w stylu jak w poście 6 (to jest całość, tylko właściwe parametry do wstawienia) możesz właściwą rozdzielczość ustawić?

Wydaje mi się że problemem jest  HorizSync       28.0 - 33.0
    VertRefresh     43.0 - 72.0
Zalecena
Kąt widzenia poziom 170 °
 Kąt widzenia pion 160 °
tylko nie wiem jak to przeliczyć bo jak wpisywałem 170 i 160 to gnome nie chciał wystartować

Takie jak wyżej podałem powinny być OK, ale najlepiej w specyfikacji monitora sprawdzić.

Wszystko ładnie rozdzielczość jest i pikseli nie ma tylko malutki mankament tzn ucina z prawej strony trochę. Oczywiście dałem na auto ustawianie w monitorze ale to samo.

Monitor to takie cwane bydle, że ma takie coś jak menu - w nim możesz przesunąć obraz troszkę w lewo, troszkę zmniejszyć itd. Użyj tego

No i jest nawet przycisk auto ustawiania o którym napisałem powyżej tylko od dostosowuje chyba wszystko pod ten główny no nic ale z tym to już da się żyć tak czy siak dzięki :)

Automatyczne ustawianie może średnio działać przez tę przejściówkę i przy problemach jakie tu widać. Ale jak nie chcesz spróbować przesunąć ręcznie, to nie. ;)

Odświeżam trochę temat ponieważ nadal mam problem z ustawieniem tzn. jakoś specjalnie to nie przeszkadza ale przydało by się ustawić jak należy ręcznie w monitorze nie da rady. Zna może ktoś jakiś sposób jak można przez pliki konfiguracyjne lub czy coś może być  nie tak ?

Zobacz w nvidia-settings czy możesz odświeżanie podbić i czy to pomoże. Gdyby się dało można na sztywno w xorg.conf wstawić.

Chyba nie bo jak jestem w nvidia-settings w GPU 0 - (GeForce880GT) tam mam informacje Refresh Rate 59,96 Hz i nie da się edytować jest jeszcze w tym zakładka controls i tam Dithering, Mode, Depth i Digital Vibrance ale to chyba nie o to chodzi. Można by zmienić ręcznie w xorgconf  HorizSync        30.0 - 81.0
        VertRefresh      56.0 - 75.0 tylko nie wiem na ile. Jeszcze jedna sprawa podpinałem ten monitor do laptopa bez przejściówki i jak najbardziej wszystko automatycznie się ustawia bez obcinania, więc może tam zczytać jego parametry ps. na lapku mam też Debiana.

W zakładce „X Server Display Configuration” to jest. W xorg.conf tym co podawałem wyżej przy metamodes masz odświeżanie 60 wpisane.

jest tylko 60 Hz(1) 60 Hz(1) i 60 Hz(2) jak wezmę (2) to jeszcze bardziej leci w prawo i pozostawia z lewej strony czarny pasek.
