Spróbuj jeszcze w tym wubi - wywalić network-managera, avahi-autoipd i avahi-daemon, a potem uruchomić

Kod:

dhclient eth0

- żeby wczytał konfig z dhcp.

Powinno pomóc, choć gwarancji nie ma.
Poza tym sprawdź, czy w Windows i wubi jest ten sam mac-adres, UPC, jak inni operatorzy czasami stosują zabezpieczenia typu mac-adres i podobne.
Np u mnie zmostkowanie vboxa z eth0 skutkowało odcięciem netu, tak starannie sieć operatora jest zabezpieczona.
Co ciekawe, jak puściłem vboxa przez maskaradę (interfejs vboxnet0) - wszystko działało prawidłowo.

I być może tutaj wubi zawadza o jakieś zabezpieczenie używane w UPC.

Komunikator internetowy działa?
Zobaczmy też coś na innym porcie, protokole:

Eksperyment naukowy (teoretycznie nie powinno mieć znaczenie):
sudo wget kernel.org


Wróćmy jeszcze do tego tcpdump, bo nie jestem pewien czy prawidłowo go użyłem (widocznego brak żądania o stronę):
1. Odpalasz dwa terminale/konsole.
2. W jednym odpalasz: sudo tcpdump -n -i | grep 204.152.191.37
3. W drugim: wget 204.152.191.37
4. Dla pewności punkt 3 powtórz z trzy razy.


Co do modułów jądra - nic złego tam nie widzę. Co do testów z iptables - firewall masz czysty i domyślnie przepuszczający wszystko... Poza tym pewnie kernel nawet nie obsługuje go (nie jest załadowany), tym bardziej go można wykluczyć.


Dla pewności pokaż jeszcze "dmesg" (wystarczy większa część końcówki, może coś tam sterownik wypluwa, np. iptables -t filter -I INPUT -j DNAT --to 88.88.88.88 - wywali tam wpisik, że tak nie można (idealny wskaźnik) lub "ip_tables: (C) 2000-2006 Netfilter Core Team" gdy iptables nie jest w kernelu załadowane).

I jeszcze pokaż cowiększy wycinek z "sudo tcpdump -n -i eth0", zobaczymy co tam u Ciebie krąży po interfejsie.

Taki mały offtop.

Kiedyś dawno temu czytałem PDFa na temat zabezpieczeń sieci.
Nie wiele z tego pamiętam ,ale dostawcy zabezpieczają się prze "nielegalnym" rozgałęzianiem stosując jakieś wartości pakietów.(nie potrafię tego fachowo nazwać)
Z tego co pamietam pakiet z linuxa i pakiet z windowsa ma inną wartośc.
Udostępnienie na następny punkt dodaje 1 do tej wartości.
Może ta sieć jest w ten sposób zabezpieczona ,że dopuszcza tylko maszyny z wartością jaka podaje windows.
To dość łatwo zmienić ale trzeba o tym wiedzieć i wiedzieć czego szukać.

Taka myśl...

Ktoś zorientowany musi się wypowiedzieć.

Zabezpieczają się na okoliczność różnych wartości ttl na łączu użytkownika?
domyślne wartości:
Windows 128
Linux 64

A u mnie na Linuxie?

iptables -t mangle -I  POSTROUTING -o eth0 -j TTL --ttl-set 128

natomiast dość częstym zabezpieczeniem jest obniżenie ttl do wartości 0 (przez operatora).
Kiedy pakiet dochodzi prosto do komputera, dochodzi,kiedy do routera, to nigdzie nie idzie dalej,
bo router nie przekazuje dalej pakietów o wartości  ttl = 0
rozwiązanie? podbić ttl na routerze.

Sprawdzasz cały czas na tej samej? jeżeli tak spróbuj może na jakiejś innej?

Jaki masz wogóle błąd w przeglądarce?

Z Twojego "ifconfig":

Base address:0xdead

Nazwa (wartość) mówi sama za siebie :D (żart)

W Twoim "ifconfig" masz niepokojąco dużą wartość "errors", w internecie coś wygooglałem, że wtedy należałoby sprawdzić czy to nie zadziała:
# ethtool -s eth0 autoneg off duplex full speed 100

Poza tym nalegałbym na ten test na TCP:
1. Odpalasz dwa terminale/konsole.
2. W jednym odpalasz: sudo tcpdump -n -i | grep 204.152.191.37
3. W drugim: wget 204.152.191.37
4. Dla pewności punkt 3 powtórz z trzy razy.
5. A na trzecim terminalu: ping 204.152.191.37
6. I teraz wyniki z punktu 2 tutaj wklej.

Masz na sieciówce dużo errorów związanych z ramkami. Jeśli z siecią jest wszystko ok to podejrzewam driver.

spróbuj zmienić MTU.

Kod:

ifconfig eth0 mtu 500

czy na tym hoście na innym systemie ta sieciówka chodziła? próbowałeś wrzucić jakiś rescuecd i zobaczyć czy na innym będzie działać?
swego czasu instalowanie "przeróbek" ubuntu i pochodnych przytwarzało wielu "dziwnych" problemów.

@ryba_pank, teraz masz zadanie: ustawić maksymalne mtu przy którym ci będzie działało. zacznij od 1500 (ale przy tym z tego co widać ci nie dziala) i schodź po 8, czyli 1492, 1488, 1480.

z drugiej strony zastanawiające, czemu przy mtu 1500 ci nie działa, co może być tego przyczyną.
router, błąd u dostawcy, czy to jest jakiś tunel? pytań i możliwości jest kilka. w każdymbądź razie w którymś momęcie to mtu sie rozjeżdża.
