Witam
Mam taki problem po instalacji debiana przy uruchomieniu środowiska graficznego pojawia się jasny ekran i kompletnie nie nie idzie zrobić. Nie wiem czy to kwestia karty graficznej ( ati radeon hd 3650 ) czy czegoś innego. Macie chłopaki jakieś sugestie ?

możesz spróbować z binarnymi, zamkniętymi sterami od ati (http://ati.amd.com/support/driver.html), to jest HD2900 jak sądzę?
jeśli nic nie znajdziesz to niestety musisz jechać na sterowniku 'vesa'

Teoretycznie startuja sterowniki zamkniete ati, czyli "fglrx"; otwarte stery, to "ati".
Czy moglbys sprawdzic, czy dzialaja prawidlowo? czy moglbys wpisac w konsoli:

i podac wynik (chociaz jeden). Powinny pojawic obracajace sie (plynnie) kola zebate.
Jesli nic sie nie pojawi, zainstaluj:

lub wklej, co wyplulo.

Duchu, nie używaj sterowników, co się zwą "ati" pod żadnym pozorem. To największe badziewie. na tej karcie chodzą najgorzej. Sprawdź sterownik "radeon" i "vesa".
Swoją drogą dziwne, że tak marnie Ci działa ta grafika. U mnie przycina w 2d tylko na steroniku Ati.
Napisz, jaki masz system (stable, testing...) oraz jaki sprzęt, bo naprawdę dziwi mnie tak powolne działanie tej grafy.

Powiem Wam, że taką samą historie miałem na backtracku 3 z tymi samymi sterami, ale tam po n-tej instalacji wkońcu to jakoś zaskoczyło i wszystko biegało jak trzeba.

dla nowszych grafik ati są sterowniki ale w sidzie..oczywiście mowa o otwartych sterownikach
