Wolny system a test dysku

Mam zainstalowanego Jessie na lapku, instalacja z XFce i minimalna ilość oprogramowania. Do tego trochę zdjęć i kilka folderów na dysku z dokumentami firmowymi. Przy takiej ilości danych, komputer chodzi jakby był przeładowany danymi i programami, wszystkie aplikacje, razem z przeglądarką Iceweasel uruchamiają się i działają strasznie opornie. Może to problem odczytu i zapisu danych na dysku? Jest jakiś program, który wypluje prędkości zapisu i odczytu?

Ten dysk zdycha, na całą masę relokowanych sektorów, no i Load_Cycle_Count 1.595.969 -- to już kres żywotności. Nie wiem czy jest sens go ratować. xD
