monitor - zmiana odswiezania

Mam monitorek Samsunga SyncMaster 551s 15''. taki troche juz shit, no ale trudno. generalnie monitor przy rozdzielczosci 1024x768 ma odswiezanie 60Hz. w winXP troche jakby go podkrecilem, bo odpalilem go na 70Hz i nie bylo problemu i tak dzialal zawsze. mialem Radeona 8500 LE. potem przerzucilem sie na debiana i tez wszystko dzialalo git. do czasu... zmienielm plyte glowna i teraz moja grafika jest zintegorwana (GeForce 6100). czyli bylem zmuszony, do zmiany sterownika dla Xserver'a, no i wlasnie ten problem, bo juz nie moge ustawic 70Hz :/ do wyboru mam 60 i 87, ale 87Hz, to taki rozmazany obraz jest, wiec odpada. w /etc/X11/xorg.conf mam wszystko dobrze ustawione. jestem tego pewien. mimo, ze nawet nie podawalem zakresow, a jedynie samo wartosc 70, to i tak do wyboru mam 60 i 87Hz.  czy jestes jakis sposob, jakis program, ktory wymusi odswiezanie?

Horizontal 30-55 kHz
Vertical 50-120 Hz

Jak podaje producent max odświeżanie dla 1024x768 wynosi 68 Hz
Xserwer sam sobie to juz ustawi.

P.S. Szczerze mówiąc taka rozdzielczosc na 15 calowym monitorze to katowanie trafopowielacza i niechyba śmierć monitora
