Czy to związane jest z tym problemem opisanym w tym temacie: https://forum.dug.net.pl/viewtopic.php?pid=302669#p302669 czy jest co całkowicie inna sprawa?

Tak, brakuje wpisu

deb http://security.debian.org/debian-security wheezy/updates main

Ale lepiej tu wklej zawartość sources, żeby nie skakać po dwóch wątkach i najpierw zrób porządek z repozytoriam, a to się pewnie samo rozwiąże.
