System uruchamia się w emergency mode

Witam,
Po wyjęciu HDD z laptopa (bo chwilowo był włożony inny) i ponownym włożeniu pierwotnego HDD, system (jessie) wstaje mi tylko w trybie emergency mode.

Ktoś podpowie co go zabolało i jak się dalej ratować? Bo nie uśmiecha mi się go robić od nowa.

dysk mechanicznie w kontakcie, bo na nim jest jeszcze WinXP z którego właśnie piszę.
Dostep do logów raczej jest. mc się uruchamia i po katalogach się poruszam.
Od czego zatem zacząć?

dysk mam podzielony jak poniżej

/dev/sda1  - NTFS -  system winXP na podstawowej partycji

/dev/sda2 - partycja rozszerzona a na niej:

/dev/sda5 - FAT32 - partycja z danymi
/dev/sda6 - linx swap
/dev/sda/7 - ext4 , główna partycja linuxowa "/"
/dev/sda8/ - xfs - linux partycja "home"

Np. update-grub2 m.inn wypluwa:

Partycja z danymi jest na FAT32 bo to są dane dla WinXP, którego sporadycznie używam bo się nie obejdzie bez kilku programów stricte inżynierskich.
natomiast home jest na xfs bo kiedyś chciałem potestować ten system plików i tak zostało, swoją drogą przez wiele lat do dziś nie narzekałem, trzymam tam duże pliki ale nie przekraczające 4GB a ten system ploków ponoć dobrze duże pliki obsługuje.

Teraz nie wiem czy mechanicznie oberwa HDD, czy mam nastawiac się na kupno nowego, czy jakoś zreanimowac to się uda, czy stawiać system na tym HDD z wysypanym linuxem, bo windy ruszać nie chcę, bo ma się świetnie i niepotrzebna robota.

Dla pewności pobaw się smartctl, będziesz miał przynajmniej większą pewność co do stanu technicznego dysku.

w normalnym trybie, uruchamiają się kolejno usługi wraz z gdm3 , wstają iksy, mogę się zalogować w gdm3 na zwykłego usera.
A w emergency jest tylko konsola i pyta o hasło roota. ... taki tryb awaryjny.

NIe wskakuje na standardowy runlevel.
Miałem na myśli to konkretnie, co powoduje problem z uruchomieniem normalnego trybu? Jakieś komunikaty?
Taka sytuacja często jest związana z logicznym uszkodzeniem systemu plików.

smartctl odpalony z liveCD mówi, że dyskowi nic nie dolega, nie odpalałem tylko najdłuższego testu który miałby trwać ponad 1h, ale pozostałe szybsze testy wykonywałem.

Zanim odpisałeś już naprawiłem, pisze ten post z debianowego desktopa. Ufff... już się bałem że czeka mnie stawianie linuxa od nowa a szkoda, ba działa bezawaryjnie od ponad 2 lat.

to był strzał w dzięsiątkę.
Ten felerny dysk który podmieniłem w laptopie najpierw podpiąłem przez kieszeń na USB i z automatu w fstab pojawiły się te wpisy, które nabruździły.
W sumie dziwne, że się system do tego przyczepił, ale widzę że fstab jest inaczej formułowany, nie ma w nim ścieżki /dev/sdX , tylko UUID.
Ten wpis o sdb powinien być ignorowany a nie sprawiać takie zamieszanie.
OK, temat do zamknięcia, dobrze że się udało naprawić.
