Czytnik kart pamięci nie widzi kart po ich włożeniu

Witam, niedawno zauważyłem że mój czytnik kart pamięci nie widzi kart, które do niego wkładam. Na początku pomyślałem, że może to wina samej karty SD, jednak sprawdziłem na 4 i nic. Gdy natomiast włączę laptopa z kartą SD włożoną do czytnika, to bez problemu później pojawia się w systemie. Gdy ją odmontuję i spróbuję włożyć raz jeszcze to czytnik jej nie widzi.
Karta jest tylko widoczna jak jest włożona przy uruchomieniu komputera.

Info o sprzęcie: Dell Inspiron SE 15r (7520).

Na Debianie jestem od ok dwóch miesięcy. Wcześniej byłem na Ubuntu i problemów z czytnikiem nie było. Jestem nawet pewny, że czytnik na Debianie wcześniej działał.

Witamy na DUG-u,

1. dmesg po włożeniu czytnika poproszę
2. wkładasz do tego samego portu? Nie przez huba (zewnętrznego lub "wbudowanego") bądź do portu "lowpower"? (miałem kiedyś taki zakichany czytnik, tak łasy na prąd, że działał tylko w bezpośrednim porcie)

Wtedy czytnik (/dev/sdb) 'wykrywa' kartę.

1. dmesg po włożeniu czytnika poproszę

To czytnik wbudowany w lapa i nie mam jak go wyciągnąć bez jego rozebrania.

Poniżej jednak dmesg z włożoną kartą SD przy uruchomieniu - jak pisałem wyżej wtedy czytnik razem z kartą jest widoczny.

ja mam to samo (problem znaczy się) wbudowany czytnik w laptopa zamarł jakiś czas temu, ciuj wie kiedy w święta dopiero zobaczyłem że nie działa jak powinien jak chciałem zdjęcia zrzucić z aparatu, u mojej Wife natomiast działa ok. (bo jej laptop mniej jest aktualizowany i coś ma stare co działa tak jak działało u mnie gdy tego nie zaktualizowałem) tak więc jest coś źle gdzieś, ale poczekam aż:
1. albo się naprawi samo
2. albo ktoś wykmini co jest źle

póki co czytnik na USB też działający "jak chce" rozwiązuje problem tego wbudowanego ;)

aaa jak uruchamiam system z włożoną kartą to wszystko ok. ale jak potem kartę wyjmę / włożę to po włożeniu wszystko zachowuje się jakby nie działało

@Graffi tylko ja myślałem, że czytnik fizycznie nie jest widoczny w systemie - nie wiem dlaczego myślałem, że jest pod /dev/sdd...

Jeżeli chodzi o pokazywanie zawartości karty po włożeniu (automagiczne montowanie) to u mnie odpowiada za to gnomowe disk utility, które to jest taką nakładką na udisks.
Być może problem jest z samym udisks? Ręczne zamontowanie karty działa tj.

ja stoję "po tamtej stronie barykady" i mam KDE
od jakiegoś czasu właśnie coś magicznie zamarło odnajdowanie nowych podpiętych / włożonych nośników, w tym też płyt w napędzie, muszę czymś "połaskotać" DVD żeby zobaczył że jest włożona płyta, bo inaczej po prostu zamykam napęd i jest zamknięty, nawet silnik nie raczy się pokręcić - cisza

ale poszperam w sprawie udisks a przynajmniej z Ani kompem porównam co i jak
